The sensor embedded liquid cold plate is based on customer needs. Sensors are installed in the liquid cold plate monitoring the temperature changes on the surface of the parts when equipment parts are mounted on the liquid cold plate. Operators can monitor the temperature without installing other sensors. To keep the equipment in safe operation, as long as to fix the parts or components on the liquid cold plate, and using our chiller to remove the heat of liquid to achieve the goals of temperature control, monitoring and cooling in real time.
